Refund Policy
What is a Refund?
A refund refers to the return of the payment made by a learner for a competition or course purchased from Enlightened Global English Stars, subject to verification and approval.
A learner may request a refund if:
They are unable to access the competition/course due to technical issues from our platform
The promised resources are not provided
A competition/course was purchased by mistake instead of another competition/course
How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of payment.
To request a refund:
Call 01874578028 (Available: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM)
Provide the email address and phone number used during registration and payment
Our support team will send you an official refund request form via SMS
Submit the form with the required purchase details
📩 Acknowledgement:
Once your refund request is submitted, you will receive an SMS confirmation that your request has been received. This confirmation will act as your reference for follow-up.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after approval
The refund will be made to the original payment method
A confirmation will be sent via email and/or SMS
If you do not receive your refund after 10 working days, please call 01874578028.
When Refunds Are NOT Applicable
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
Refund request submitted after 48 hours of purchase
Course certificate obtained within the 48-hour complaint window
Certificate obtained during the refund processing period
Accessing course content after submitting a refund request (videos, exams, downloads, materials)
Completion of more than 5 paid/premium videos
Purchase of e-books
Purchase of subscription-based courses after the class has started
When Refunds or Transfers ARE Applicable
In case of a wrong purchase, the learner may transfer to another course using a voucher
If the new course price is higher → pay the difference
If the new course price is lower → refund of the difference will be issued
If Enlightened Global English Stars fails to deliver promised course resources
What Happens After a Refund Request
The enrolled competition/course will be temporarily locked
Refund approval or rejection will be notified within 3 working days via SMS
If approved:
Enrollment will be cancelled
Course progress will be permanently removed
Re-enrollment will require starting from the beginning
Policy Updates
Enlightened Global English Stars reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice, depending on operational or legal requirements.
